This is the part that started earliest and has nothing to do with a transcript. Each of these taught me something the next one needed, which is easy to say afterwards and happens to be true here.

Sva Foundation.
Sva makes the NAVIGATE toolkits and runs small peer circles. The whole thing sits on one idea, which is also the strapline: inner skills for navigating life.
The circles are peer support and not therapy. They exist to make asking for help feel ordinary, and to get someone to a counsellor sooner. They never stand in for one. In summer 2026 the programme ran in three schools, materials and sessions both.
The foundation has its own site, and the rest of it lives there.

How it went.
Covid Warriors. I formed and led a Grade 7 group at Mallya Aditi that raised over US$10,000 to put ventilators into rural hospitals.
Joined Institut Le Rosey. Choir, theatre crew, cultural fêtes. Began training as a Well-being Ambassador, which shaped everything after it.
President of the Psychology Club. The interest turned into a discipline.
Women in STEM lead. School of Rock, and the band. CHF 2,000 raised for Ban Hunger.
Two internships. MITdesignX with Même Pas Peur, and the medical director shadow at KLE. Product thinking on one side, 4,500 beds of healthcare reality on the other.
Sva Foundation founded. NAVIGATE run in three schools. First author on the ICMR and NIMHANS study, manuscript under review. ABRSM Grade 4 voice. CHF 1,500 raised on the PET recycling pitch.
A psychology degree. And NAVIGATE wherever schools will have it.
